Description of hakenochloa
This ornamental grass grows up to 16 inches high with a spread from 18 to 24 inches. It forms mounds of linear, arching, bright yellow leaves, which are narrowly lined with cream and green. The leaves take on a red hue in the fall. In late summer, tiny, reddish flowers are borne in small, airy heads.
